THIS INDENTURE, made the~/~'tt~day of August, two thousand
BETWEEN ALICE G. OBRIEN, the surviving tenant ora tenancy by the entirety, residing at 1385 Bayshore Road,
Greenport, New York 11944, party of the first part,
and ALICE G. OBRIEN~and MICHAEL J. GUNNISON, Trustees of the Alice G. O'Brien Revocable Trust dated
Witnesseth, that tile party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid b)r
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot, place or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying mltl
being at Arshamomaque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
Lot 20 and the northerly 35 feet of kot 21 on a certain map entitled "Amended Map A Peconic Bay,.E~tates" and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 9, 1933 as Map No. 1124.
BEING tile same premises known as 1385 Bayshore Road, Greenport, New York.
BEING and intended to be tile same premises conveyed to Robert F. O'Brien and Alice G. O'Brien by deed dated
August 27, 1960, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on August 30, 1960 in Liber 4866 at Page 386.
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of tile first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with file appurtenances, and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; To Have And To Hold the premises heroin granted unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And tile party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby thc
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as,
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply tile same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before nsing any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
Tile word "party" shall be construed as if it read parties wherever tile sense of this indeoture so requires.
