WITNESSETH, that the party of thc first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars
and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby
grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town
of Sonthold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
Lot 50, as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Southold Shores at
Arshomomague, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York" made by Otto
VanTuyl and Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, dated July 1,
1963 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 29,
1963 as Map No. 3853.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Frank A.
Santamaria, the grantor herein, and Arlene E. Santamaria, his wife, by deed dated
March 31, 1977, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 1, 1977 in
Liber 8214 of deeds at page 34. Said Arlene E. Santamaria died a resident of the
County of Suffolk and State of New York on December 27, 1988.
Said premises known as 695 Tarpon Drive, Southold, New York.
Said premises also identified by Suffolk County Tax Map Number 1000-
053.00-05.00-007.000
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in
and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of
the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part.
