THIS INDENTURE, made the o~t4~ day of November, in the year Two Thousand
MARY A. FIEDLER, residing at 260 Sixth Avenue, Greenport, New York, as surviving tenant
by the entirety
party of the first part, and
CHRYSTLE FIEDLER, residing at 208 Monsell Place, Greenport, New York; and
VALERIE BOERGESSON, residing at 530 Leeward Drive, Southold, New York
party of the second part,
WlTNESSETH, that the party of the first part', in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second Part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL TItAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as lot number 103 and lot number 104 on a certain map entitled,
"Subdivision Map, Part of the Estate of Thomas F. 'Price, Sr.," which map is made by Otto
W. Van Tuyl, dated November 29, 1927, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County, New York, which lots together are bounded on the South by lot number 105; on the
West by Sixth Avenue; on the North by lot number 102, and on the east by land formerly of
Nathan Kaplan.
SUBJECT TO the following change in said filed map: that certain streets shown on the above
said subdivision map and known as Oak Street, Maple Street, West Street, and Seventh
Avenue and running to the property of the Union School District No. 10 on the westerly side
of the said subdivision map, have been closed at the junction with the said Union School
District No. 10 property, and they are Dead End streets.
-BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Ludwig A. Fiedler and
Mary A. Fiedler by deed from Charles S. Kruh and Ainslee M. Kruh, his wife, dated
November 13, 1956, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 14,
1956, in Liber 4213 page 224.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, a legal life estate in the above-described premises with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, in and to the party of the first part.
