accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions and the approved construction drawing. I have
determined that the installation meets the requirements of the 2010 NYS Building Code, and ASCET-05.

Project Description: To install roof mounted photovoltaic solar system onto the
southerly roof of the dwelling.
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an Administrative
Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The issuance of an
Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the project plan prepared
by GreenLogic, LLC, received on May 20, 2011, and stamped approved on June 22,
2011.
Special Conditions: None.
Inspections: Final inspection and/or photographs of completed project.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative
Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be
required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
