THIS INDENTURE, made this 10 day of February, nineteen hundred and ninety-nine

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns
of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwesterly corner thereof, on the Northerly line of Sound View Avenue, and being the
Southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of"Ehrenthal" and
RUNNING THENCE North 02 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West along the last mentioned lands a distance of 191.29
feet to the mean high Water of Long Island Sound;
THENCE North 80 degrees 34 minutes 50 seconds East on a tie line a distance of 119.51 feet and land now or formerly
of Costas;
THENCE South 12 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East along the last mentioned land a distance of 198.89 feet to a point
on the Northerly side of Sound View Avenue;
FIIENC$South 83 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West along the Northerly side of Sound View Avenue a distance of
155.17 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the first part herein by Last
Will&Testament recorded Suffolk County Clerk 4/5/65 at Liber 5724 page 299.

cost of improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
