in Liber 11667, Page 495 and amended by Liber 11778, Page 167 and
Liber 11720, Page 629.
The Grantor herein is the same entity as the Grantee in deed dated
6/30/93, recorded 8/20/93 in Liber 11640, Page 929.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business conducted by
the party of the first part.

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

Condominium plan entitled, "Map of Mooresland, aka Pheasant
Run Estates Condominium "filed im the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on 12/22/94 as ~ap Number 257 and amended
