ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Oreenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by Lot No. 27 on
a certain map entitled, "Map of August Acres, Section l", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on June 3, 1991 as Map No. 9107, which said lot is more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINIff[NG at a point on the Westerly side of August Lane a tie distance of 139.00 feet
from the extreme northwesterly end of an arc of a curve which connects the northwesterly side of
