RUNNING THENCE South 14 degrees 46 mintues 40 seconds West,
150.00 feet;
THENCE North 75 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds West, 50.00
feet;
THENCE North 14 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds East, 150.00
feet to the southerly side of Oak Street;
THENCE South 75 degrees 13 mintues 20 seconds East, 50.00
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
Grantors by Deed dated December 18, 1987, and recorded in
the January 19, 1988, in the Suffolk County Clerk's j~.
