the first part and Joseph E. Pascale, deceased, by deed dated Aug-
ust 13, 1985, made by Patricia Egan, f/k/a Patricia May Butler, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office, on August 16, 1985,
in Liber 9853, Page 458.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the ~rty of the first part in and to ally stre~s and
