July 11, 1969, and filed in the Suffo]'k County Clerk's Office on April 6, 1971 as
Hap No. 5584, bounded and described as foliows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Wild Cherry Way, distant 140.0 feet ·
Southerly, from the corner formed by the intersection of the North side of Stony
Shore Drive and Easterly side of Wild Cherry Way;
7HENCE North 75 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds East, along Lot 5, 185.0 feet to a poin
HENCE South 14 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East, along lands now or formerly of
Xikis and Schwartz, 145.0 feet to a point;
THENCE South 75 deg=ees 35 minutes 00 seconds West, along Lot 7, 185.0 to the Easter]
side of Wild Cherry Way;
THENCE along the Easterly side o2 Wild Cherry Way, North 14 degrees 25 minutes
00 seconds West 145.0 feet, to the point or place of BEGINNING.
IBeing the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part herein by deed
recorded in Liber 11263 Cp 122.
TOGETIIER with all right, title and interest, if any, of tile party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting tbe above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETIIER with the appurtenances
asd all the estate and rights of the party of ibc first part in and to said premises; TO IIAVE AND TO IIOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the secoud part forever.
AND the party o f the first l~art covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that tbe party of thc
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying tbe cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the paymeut of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of tbe same for any otber
~urpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" wbenever tbe sense of tiffs indenture so requires.
