ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot #1 as
shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Honeysuckle Hills at Mattituck, Section #1 ", and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 16, 1981 as Map No. 7019, which said
lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Lloyd's Lane distant 671.54 feet from the
extreme northwesterly end of an arc of a curve which connects the westerly side of Sound View
Avenue with the southerly side of Lloyd's Lane;
RUNNiNG THENCE South 64 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds West, 137.06 feet to land
now or formerly of Peck;
