WITNE&,VETH, that the par~ of the first part, in consideration of one dollar and other good and valuable
consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of ~he second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns forever as to a 3.016% interest in
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being at East Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as and by the lot number 25, on a certain map entitled, "Map of Moose Cove at East Cutchogue" in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, New York prepared by Otto W. Vm~ Tuyl and Son, from surveys
completed June 14, 1960 and filed in the County Clerk's Office of Suffolk on August 30, 1960 as Map Number
3230.
PREMISES HEREIN are a 3.016% interest of the premises described in the deed to the Gramor herein dated
March 19, 1981 m~d recorded on March 24, 1981 in Liber 8978, Page 226
TOGETHER with all right, title mid interest, if any of the party of the first part in and to any s~reets and road
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereofi TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unlo the parly of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns forever. And the party of the
first part covenants that he bas not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in
any way whatever.
AND the party of the first pail/grantor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the part)' of
the first pail/grantor wilt receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose. The word "parly' or "grantor" shall be construed as if it read "parties" or "grantors"
whenever the sense of this document so requires.
