Description
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
and designated as and by lot No. 46 on a certain map entitled "Map of Leeward Acres", which
map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 4, 1971, as and by Map
No. 5599, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of Topsail Lane at the Northeasterly end Of the
curve which connects the said Southeasterly side of Topsail Lane with the Northeasterly side of
Leeward Drive:
RUNNING THENCE North 37 Degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds East along the Southeasterly side
of Topsail Lane, 121 feet to the division line between lots 46 & 45 as shown on said map.
THENCE South 52 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds East along said last mentioned line 261.60
