consideration, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second parr, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Sonthold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York.

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 10/4/72
and recorded on 10/6/72 in Liber 7257, cp 502.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HA VE AND lO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party' of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the part), of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenm~ts that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.

requires.

ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Bayview,
in the Town of' Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot No. 23 on a certain map entitled, "Leeward Acres at Bayview", filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 4, 1971, as Map No. 5599,
being more particularly bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of'Leeward Drive, said point
being the extreme southeasterly end of the arc of a curve which connects the
northeasterly side of Leeward Drive with the present southeasterly side of Jacob's
Lane;
RUNNING THENCE northwesterly along the aforementioned arc of a curve
bearing to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet, a distance of 39.27 feet to the
