Beginning at a monument on the southwesterly side of Town Harbor Lane distant 343.68 feet southeasterly as measured
along the southwesterly side of Town of Harbor Lane from the corner formed by the intersection of the southwesterly side
of Town Harbor Lane and the southerly side of L'Hommedieu Lane;
Thence South 31 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds East along the southwesterly side of Town Harbor Lane, 77.77 feet to a
monument and land now or formerly of Fahey;
