and beach rights on the beach along Gardiners Bay are contained in a deed
dated June 16, 1960 between Alfred G. Edward and Betsy C. Edward, his wife~ to
grantees Ferdinand Neumer and Beatrice M. Neumer, his wife, recorded in Liber 4829 ep
197, and deed made by Frank S. Thorp and Lois Johnson Thorp, his wife, to Ferdinand
Neumer and Beatrice M. Neumer, his wife, recorded July 12, 1961 in Liber 5014 ep 469."

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
