Street from the corner formed by the intersection of the
easterly side of Sixth Street and the northerly side of Brown
Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 07 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds East
along the easterly side of Sixth Street 50.08 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds East
166. 14 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 07 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds West
50. 13 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 82 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds West
166.14 feet to the easterly side of Sixth Street and the point

BEING the same premises . i6onveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated December 20, 1994, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on January 4, 1995 in Liber

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
