premises above described northerly to the North Road; and also southerly to the right of way
hereinafter described.

leading from Kings Highway or North Road to the waters of Long Island Sound;

from the right of way hereinbefore described as running to the North Road,to Arshamomaque

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
