Once specified areas of the land for the purposes hereinbefore set forth have been determined by Resolution of the Suffolk County Legislature, those areas of the land may be used for all purposes not inconsistent with Article XII of the"•Suffolk County Charter as it now exists, or as it may be amended in the future.
