WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Linnett Street
and the easterly side of Seventh Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Linnett Street, South 82 degrees 46 minutes
10 seconds East, 100.33 feet;
THENCE South 06 degrees 56 minutes 50 'seconds West, 125.20 feet;
THENCE North 83 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds West, 100.21 feet to the easterly side of
Seventh Street;
THENCE along the easterly side of SeveltthI Street, North 06 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds
West, 126.70 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Frank A. Field dated March 17, 1984, and recorded in the SuffolkaCounty Clerk's
Office on April 6, 1984, in Liber 9541 page 377.
