This Indenture, made the S day of May, nineteen hundred and
nine-nine
Between JOHN M. AEXEL, residing at 7896 Pleasant Lane NE,
Bainbridge Island, WA 98110,
party of the first part, and JOHN M. AEXEL and CAROL KING AEXEL,
his wife, residing at 7896 Pleasant Lane NE, Bainbridge Island, WA

remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,

and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in East
Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
more particularly bounded and described as follows :

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a 50-foot private
road known as Maple Lane, said point being 1, 531 . 66 feet southerly
from the southerly line of Main Road;
THENCE along other land of the party of the .first part, North 56
degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds East 195. 00 feet to the land of Z.
and R. Kaplan;
THENCE along said land of Kaplan, South 33 degrees 22 minutes 50
seconds East 210 . 00 feet to other land of the party of the first
part;
THENCE along said other land, South 56 degrees 37 minutes 10
seconds West 195 . 00 feet to said easterly line of Maple Lane;
THENCE along said easterly line of Maple Lane, North 33 degrees 22
minutes 50 seconds West 210. 00 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with an easement of ingress and egress over Maple Lane to
nearest public highway.
PARCEL 2
BEGINNING at a point on the high water mark of Gull Pond (Lagoon)
at the southwesterly corner of Mooring Lot #31 shown on "Map of
Cleaves Point, Section One" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office as Map #2752 on September 10, 1957;
RUNNING THENCE the following four (4) courses :
1 . North 87 degrees 30 minutes East, 30 feet;
2 . thence South 4 degrees 30 minutes West, 20 feet;
3 . thence South 87 degrees 30 minutes West, 30 feet; '
4 . thence North 4 degrees 30 minutes East, 20 feet to the point
of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part herein by deed dated August 16, 1984, recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on 1999 .

of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the

with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party

the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold
