and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the concrete monument set on the northerly line of North Road (C.R. 48) at the southwesterly
corner of the premises herein described and at the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Schmidt and;
