NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Southold will hold
a public information hearing at the Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold,
New York, on the 18th day of May, 2010 at 4:35 p.m. to allow the public to ask
questions and maJce comments on the draft Annual SPDES Phase 2 Status Report
regarding the Town of Southold Stormwater Management Plan. A complete copy of
the draft Anmtal Stonnwater Management Plan Status Report will be available at the
Southold Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and will also be available on
the Town's website: southoldtown.northfork.net. Seven (7) days will be provided for
written comment after the close of the public hearing.
