paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying

signed by Nathaniel Corwin, Sidney L. Griffing and J. Wickham Case, Commissioners in partition
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as and by the Lot Numbers 120 and 121
and described with reference to said map as follows: '
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Clark Street with the
easterly side of Sixth Street;
RUNNING THENCE from said point along the easterly side of Sixth Street North 7 degrees 18
minutes 40 seconds, East 100.14 feet to the division line between Lots 121 and 122 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line South 82 degrees 41 minutes 5 seconds, East 166.17
feet to the division line between Lots 121 and,118 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line and the division line between Lots 120 and 119 on said
map South 7 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds, West 100.13 feet to the northerly side of Clark Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 82 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds, West 166.18 feet along the northerly
side of Clark Street to the easterly side of Sixth Street at the point or place of BEGINNING.
GRANTOR herein being the same person as one of the named grantees in deed dated 05/26/62,
recorded 05/29/62 in Liber 5172 page 584.

1 BEING the same premises conveyed to Susan B. Tasker, and Robert W. Tasker, her husband, now
deceas%d, by deed dated 05/26/62, recorded 05/29/62 in Liber 5172 page 584.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to ani streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to.receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
