THIS INDENTURE, made March 11, 1999, among Anthony Pirrera as surviving
tenant by the entirety of Sally Ann Pirrera,. aving an address at 239B Eas�cM'7i$j`9C
in St Patchogue,
New York11772("Grantor"),and Herbei(clunidt and his wife Kathleq ,each having an
address at 13 Oyster Point, 5"Street, Greenport,New York 11944(collectively hereinafter referred
to as "Grantees").
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,does hereby grant and
release unto Grantees,as tenants by the entirety,and their heirs,executors,administrators,successors
and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected,situate,lying and being in Greenport,the County of Suffolk,and the
State of New York, being more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto
and made a part hereof,
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest,if any,of Grantor in and to any streets
and roads abutting said premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of Grantor in and
to said premises,
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same conveyed to Grantor herein by deed from
Southold Savings Bank dated 1/29/9, recorded 2/19/91, in Liber 11220, cp 247,
SAID PREMISES known as and by street address Pipes Cove,Unit F., Greenport,
New York,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantees, as tenants
by the entirety;and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns forever.
Grantor is the owner of said premises. Said premises is not located in an agricultural
district.
Grantor covenants that Grantor has not done or suffered anything whereby said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as set forth herein.

being a part of a Condominium in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Home No. F, together
with a 10.58% undivided interest in the Common Elements of the Condominium
hereinafter described as the same is defined in the Declaration of Condominium
hereinafter referred to.
THE real property above described is a Home shown on the plans of a Condominium
prepared and certified and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk

a point;
