residing at 1737 Noble Street, East Meadow,New York 11554, as TENANTS IN COMMON

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of-0- Dollars and other valuable consideration pair
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
'ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Southold,at Greenport,County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and desipnatet'
at Lot 20 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores," and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on April 27, 1964, as Map No. 4021.
TOGETHER with beach rights and access thereto as described in grant made by H.J.S. Land& Development Corp
and J.M.S. Land & Development Corp. To Eastern Shores, Inc., dated the 171h day of March, 1965, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 18, 1965, in Liber 5716 at page 16.
BEING KNOWN as vacant land at 900 Sound Drive, Greenport, New York 11944.
SAID PREMISES BEING THE SAME PREMISES described in Deed dated January 24, 1966, and recorded or
January 26, 1966, in Book of Deeds 5901 at Page 93 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
THIS DEED is being recorded in confirmation of the Renunciation filed by CONCETTA G. BLISS in the ESTATII
OF JOHN S. BLISS with the Nassau County Surrogate's Court on July 8, 1999, under File No. 307200; and as s
result of said Renunciation,the premises herein is hereinafter owned fifty(50%)percent by CONCETTA G. BLISS,
twenty-five(25%)percent by JOHN P. BLISS, and twenty-five(25%)percent by PAUL S. BLISS, as TENANTS
IN COMMON.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and road:
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party,of the first part in and to said premises.
TO HAVE AND f0 HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of th, party of the second part forever.
.AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
-the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance-with Section 13 of the Lien LaW, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive,the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideratioti as a trust
fund to be applied first for the,purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cc st of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The
word "party" shaI be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
