THIS INDENTURE, made the day of September, nineteen hundred and ninety-rune
BETWEEN
PAUL H. DALECKI and MARY S. DALECKI, husband and wife, both residing at 30 Davis
Lane, Roslyn, New York 11576
party of the first part, and
IMED TRA 3ELSI and FAITH TRABELSI, husband and wife, both residing at 117 Sterling
Place, Apt. 3, Brooklyn, New York 11217

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon erected,
situate, lying and being near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 145 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Eastern Shores, Section 5", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on December 31, 1968, as Map No. 5234; said lot being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Green Hill Lane distant 345 feet northerly from
the comer formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Green Hill Lane and the northerly
side of Homestead Way; said point also being where the easterly side of Green Hill Lane is
intersected by the division line between Lots 145 and 146 on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Green Hill Lane North 20 degrees 57 minutes
s50 seconds West, a distance of 109.40 feet to the division line between Lots 144 and 145 on
the aI bove mentioned map;
THENCE easterly along said division line between Lots 144 and 145 on the above mentioned
map the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) North 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds
East, a distance of 127.94 feet; (2) North 69 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance
of 125.70 feet;
THENCE South 14 degrees 43 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 109.98 feet to the
division line between Lots 145 and 146 on the above mentioned map;

THENCE westerly along said division line,between Lots 145 and 146 on the above mentioned
map South 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 241.78 feet to the easterly
sine of Green Hill Lane, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Timothy Gould and Jennifer Gould, his wife, dated 9/30/87 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 10/23/87 in Liber 10451 cp 564.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the-first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of
the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year
first above written.
