b. PIol plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, rebtionship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and waterways.
c. The work covered by this applicatiou may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such a permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughot~t the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose what so ever until tbe Building Inspector
issues a Certificate of Occupancy.
~ Every building permit shall expire if the work authorized has not commenced within 12 montbs after the date of
issuance or has not been completed within 18 months fi'om such date. If no zoning amendments or other regulations affecting the
property have been enacted in the interim, the Building Inspector may authorize, in writing, the extension of the permit for an
addition six months. Thereafter, a new permit shall be required.

Attachment to Building Permit Application

This permit is for the relocation of the currently existing chain-link fence around the
currently existing in-ground swimming pool to a new location on or within the property
boundary lines.
The chain-link fence is currently located on the lines defined by points A, B, C, D, E and
G as shown on the attached survey map. The permit is for relocating the fence to lines
defined by points A, F and G, all on or within the property boundaries.
The owner's earlier application to the Zoning Board has resulted in the approval of plans
for the as-built carport and the in-ground swimming pool subject to relocation of the
chain-link fence to property boundary lines (see attached expired permit).
Upon relocation of the fence and the verification of compliance by the Building Dept.
Inspector, the owner will apply for a Certificate of Occupancy for the pool and carport..
