Champlin", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 23, 1873, as Map Number 337, which said los, when taken together, are bounded and described as i follows BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Knapp Place distant 119.0 feet easterly, as measured along the southerly side of Knapp Place from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Knapp Place with the easterly side of Sterling Place, said point of beginning being and intended to be where the division line between lots 52 and 53, as showr4 on the aforementioned map, intersects the southerly side of Knapp Place and from said point of beginning, running thence along the southerly side of Knapp Place north 73 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds east, 99 feet to land now or formerly of Norkelun; thence along land now or formerly of Norkelun and land now or formerly of Watson, south 33 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds east, 150.60 feet to the northerly line of lot 57, as shown on the aforementioned map; thence along the northerly line of lot 57, as shown on the aforementioned map, south 73 minutes 27 minutes 20 seconds west 105 feet to the easterly line of lot 56, as shown on the aforementioned map; I thence along the easterly lines of lots 56,55, 54 and 53, as shown on the aforementioned map, north 30 degrees 59 minutes 40 seconds west, 148.25 feet to the southerly side of Knapp Place at the point or place of beginning.
