THE GRANTOR reserves the right to the exclusive use and occupancy of the premises during the Grantor's lifetime, with the Grantor to pay for all maintenance and repairs, water and sewer charges, insurance charges, and taxes relating to the premises. Said life use shall be personal to the Grantor, and shall not be subject to assignment or lease,except as otherwise provided in this paragraph.
