THIS INDENTURE, made the 2nd day of July, nineteen hundred and
ninety-nine
BETWEEN: STERLINGTON COMMONS, LTD. , a corporation duly organized
under the- Laws of the State of New York, with principal offices

This conveyance is made in the regular course of business of the
party of the first part, and with the unanimous consent of the
shareholders.
BEING and INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to
the party of the first part by deed dated August 29th, 1996,
which said deed was recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk on September 11th, 1996 in Liber 11791 cp 766.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party
of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the
first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in anyway whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of
the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the

of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Front Street
(N.Y.S. Route 25) distant 155.62 feet westerly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Third Street
and the said southerly side of Front Street;
