ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lyingand being ii to at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, shown and designated as Lot No. 15 on a certain Map filed in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office and entitled, "Map of premises of S. Buel
Corwin, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York", made June 13, 1882 by J. Wickham
Case, Surveyor. Said premises being generally bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by land formerly of Walter Bundarchuk; Easterly by land of A.A. Olsen
and others; Westerly by Ninth Street. Said Lot being 50 feet in width, front
and rear and 180 feet in depth, being the same more or less. Said premises
being also described as follows:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York shown and designated as and
by Lot 15 on a certain map entitled "Plan of the S. Buel Corwin, Estate as
laid out in lots by Him in 1882 as surveyed by J. Wickham Case Engineer and
Surveyor filed in the Office of the Clerk County of Suffolk on 12/23/30 as
Map 8548 which said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Ninth Street, (formerly Brown's
Lane or Cherry Lane) , distant 100 feet southerly from the corner formed by
the intersection of the southerly side of Wiggins Street and the easterly
side of Ninth Street;
RUNNING THENCE in a general easterly direction along land now or formerly of
Keller—Kloss, a distance of 184 feet, more or less, to a point;
THENCE in a general southerly direction, along land now or formerly of Olsen,
a distance of 51 feet, more or less, to a point;
THENCE in a general westerly direction, along land now or formerly of Hulse,
a distance of 191 feet, more or less, to a point in the easterly line of
Ninth Street, which point is a distant 100 feet north of the northerly line
of Corwin Street;
THENCE along the easterly line of Ninth Street, a distance of 50 feet, more
or less, to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest• if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises:TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the fimypart covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
khe said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
Part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties•whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above written.
