Property Law and the State of New York, which establishes a plan for Condominium
Ownership of said building and the land on which it stands, both together hereinafter
Tax Map referred to as the "property" and which declaration is dated December 23, 1994, and was

page 664 in Declaration filed January 20, 1995 and recorded April 5, 1995, in Liber 11720

AND the party of die first part covenants that the party of the first part has not clone or suffered anything whereby the
