THIS DEED made on May 28 , 1999, by and between Martin J. Bush,
Esq. , 600 Northern Boulevard, Great Neck, NY, Referee duly
appointed in the action hereinafter mentioned, Grantor; and Grantee
t Peoples Heritage Bank, 32 Chestnut Street, Lewistown, ME;
QWITNESSETH, that the Grantor, the Referee appointed in an action
between Springfield Institution for Savings, Plaintiff and Thomas
F. Nuhfer, et al . , Defendants, foreclosing a mortgage recorded in
Liber 15244 of mortgages at page 595 on July 5 , 1989 in the County
of SUFFOLK, State of New York, in pursuance of a Judgment entered
at a Special Term of the Supreme Court of the State of New York,
County of SUFFOLK, and bearing date February 1 , 1995; and in
consideration of $500 . 00 paid by the Grantee, being the highest sum
bid at the sale under said Judgment, does hereby grant and convey
unto the Grantee :
