of lots when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Front Street, said point being distant 35.00 feet
westerly from the comer formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Eighth Street and the
southerly side of Frodt Street; THENCE from said point of beginning, South 6 degrees 36
minutes 40 seconds west, 115.00 feet to a point; THENCE north 89 degrees 33 minutes 30
seconds east, 35.00 feet to the westerly side of Eighth Street; THENCE along the westerly side of
Eighth Street, South 6 degrees 36 minutes 4 nds west, 10.0 feet to a point; THENCE north
89 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds west, t to a point; THENCE north 0 degrees 25
minutes 10 seconds east 3.47 t to the southerly side of Front Street;THENCE along the
southerly side of Front Street, north 89 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds e , 0.20 et to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Philip A. Savana by deed from
Emma Luke Corwin dated 9/26/89 and recorded on 10/18/89 in Liber 10949, Cp 567.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting theabove described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
