WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, known and
designated as part of Lots 56 to 58 inclusive as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Property of
S. Buel Corwin, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on 5/23/1887 as Map#353,
said part of Lots when taken together being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Seventh Street where the same is intersected by the
southerly side of land nonvlor formerly of Corwin; said point being distant 62.50 feet southerly as
measured along the easterly side of Seventh Street from the corner formed by the intersection of the
easterly side of Seventh Street with the southerly side of Wiggins Street;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along land now or formerly of Corwin South 89
degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds East 149.88 feet to land now or formerly of Buckin;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 07 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds West 62.52 feet to the
division line between Lots 55 and 56;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line and the division lines between Lots 54 and 57 and Lots
53 and 58 North 89 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds West 149.72 feet to the easterly side of Seventh
Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Seventh Street North 07 degrees 09 minutes 00
seconds East 62.52 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
THE GRANTORS herein being the same persons as the named Grantees in deed recorded in Liber
10026 page 304.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
Lou 1 AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby,thetsajdrpremises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except.as.aforesaid.

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will bold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a tristUnd to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the 'same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indentpre so requires.
