BETWEEN, STEPHEN J. CARR and ELIZABETH CARR, formerly known as ELIZABETH
HANSEN both residing at 2574 Crescent View Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina 28269,
party of the first part, and JOANNE M. YACI1-0, residing at 255 Fred Street, New Suffolk, New
York 11956,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second party, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Pdew York, shown and
designated as Lots 59 and 60 on a certain map entitled "Map of Yennecott Park situate at Southold," surveyed
by Van Tuyl & Son, Greenport, New York, May 1, 1968 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on the 9th day of October 1968 as Map No. 5187, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Yennecott Drive where same is intersected by the division line
between Lots 58 and 59 on the above described map;
RUNNING THENCE North 6 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 245.55 feet;
THENCE South 83 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds East 88.24 feet;
THENCE South 69 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds East 175.17 feet to the westerly side of Tuthill Road;
THENCE South 1 degree 34 minutes 20 seconds.West along the westerly side of Tuthill Road 174.29 feet;
THENCE South 66 degrees 33 minutes 10 seconds West 12.52 feet to the northerly side of Yermecott Drive;
THENCE North 88 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds West along the northerly side of Yennecott Drive 261.11
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
8L28/79 and recorded on 8/30/79 in Liber 8685 at page 351.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
ANDthe party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
ANDthe party of the first part in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The work "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
