party of the first part, and
THOMA5.F. PRI residing at 1201 Limberlost Lane, Gladwyne, PA 19035; and MARILYN
FIEDLER, residing at 1380 Beach Road, Greenport, NY 11944
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valual.�';
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL TIS AT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon erects:

York, anti bounded and described as follows:-
Northerly by Brown Street running through a pond to Peconic Bay;
Easterly by Peconic Bay, 96 feet;
Southerly by land now or formerly of Clifford E. Crafts and running through said pond
Fourth Street; and
Westerly by Fourth Street, 96 feet.
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to t'
land lying under the waters of Peconic Bay and Widow's Hole, so called, adjacent to sr,;
premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part ",
deed from Irving Llewellyn Price, Jr. and Lillian A. Price, husband and wife, dated Augi�
31, 1998, and heretofore recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, a legal life estate in the above-described premises with t;
buildings and improvements thereon erected, in and to the party of the first part.
THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART HEREBY RESERVES A SPECIAL POWER �.
APPOINTMENT, exercisable as often as she may choose, to change her remainderman
follows:

recorded prior to death, making specific reference to this power of appointment. The party

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants t1w
