WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in theVill age of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on..the northerly side of West Street distant
150 feet easterly from the easterly side of Kaplan Avenue and from
said point of beginning:
RUNNING THENCE North 14 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds East, a dis-
tance of 152 . 50 feet to land now or formerly of Morris;
RUNNING THENCE South 75 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds East, a dis-
tance of 50 feet to land now or formerly of Stanilaus;
RUNNING THENCE South 14 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds West, a dis-
tance of 152 .50 feet to the northerly side of West Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 75 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds West, a dis-
tance of 50 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as that conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated February 13, 1987 and recor-
ded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February
27, 1987 in Liber 10259 page 342 .
