Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, more
particularly bounded and described as follows: (see description
annexed hereto and made a part hereof) :
THIS DEED is given in accordance with Resolution No. 762-
1986, as corrected by Resolution No. 1212-1986, and as 'further
clarified by Resolution No. 1266-1989 and Resolution No. 1222-
1996 all on file with the Clerk of the Suffolk County
Legislature and in accordance with the resolution of the Suffolk
County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation Board of
Trustees in exercise of their duties as authorized by Resolution
No. 762-1986 .
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to
Benson S. Telsey and Regina Telsey p his wife by deed from May
Cooper Francisco sole beneficiary under the Last Will and
Cp Testament of Ferris LeRoy Francisco, deceased; dated 12/8/50 and
_,recorded on 12/15/50 in Liber 3164 cp 397.

TOGETHER with all right, title and `Iiterest; if any, of the
party of the first part in and to any gtsee�s 'and, roads, jfbutting

TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of
the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except
as aforesaid.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business
actually conducted by the party of the first part and upon the
consent of all its stockholders .
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section
13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold
the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be
applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose.
