THIS INDENTURE, made the 1 st day of May nineteen hundred and ninety eight BETWEEN CURTIS F. DAVIDS and NORMA J. KUJAWSKI, as tenants in common, residing at 215 Greenhill Lane, Greenport, New York 11944 party of the first part, and CURTIS F.
