5a THIS INDENTURE,tuadc the „;1746 day of February , nineteen hundred and ninety-eight
BETWEEN DANIEL VAVAS and URSULA VAVAS, and JOHN VAVAS and JAMES VAVAS,
all residing at 148 83rd Street, Brooklyn, New York 11209, all
as joint tenant with right of survivorship

party of the first part, and WALTER F. KIEFER and SHIRLEY A. KIEFER, his wife,
residing at Bayshore Road, Greenport N.Y.

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of laird, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being OA41 at Arshamomoque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York , known and designated as Lots Numbered 137
and 138 on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map A of Peconic Bay
Estates" which map was made by Otto W. Van Tuyl and Son, Licensed
Land Surveyors, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on
May 19, 1933, as Map No. 1124, and an adjoining described parcel,
when taken together are bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Bayshore Road distant
665. 02 feet north of the extreme northerly end of the curve connect-
ing the northerly side of Island View Lane with the westerly side of
Bayshore Road; running thence South 73 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds
west along the northerly side of land now or formerly of Lakoseljac
125. 90 feet; thence North 23 degrees 51 minutes West along the easterly
side of land now or formerly of Pekunka 103. 95 feet; thence North 66
degrees 09 minutes East along the southerly side of land now or formerly

of Hahn 125 . 0 feet to the westerly side of Bayshore Road; thence South
23 degrees 51 minutes East along the westerly side of Bayshore Road
118 . 98 feet to the point or place of beginning.
This Correction Deed conveys the above described premises back to the
Darty of the second part which as conveyed by Deed dated December 2,
1997 and recorded in Libe: S'/ of conveyances page QS[l and which
contained the wrong description.
TOGET]Iril with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
:uxl all lite estate and rights of the party of tine first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
11OLD the premises herein granted unto lire party of [re second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of `
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the forty of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for [lis conveyance and .will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any -part of the tela! of the sainc for
any other purpose.
The word "lrarty" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
