party of the first part, and

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being at
Arshamomaque, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of land of the party of the first part, said point of
beginning being South 86 degrees 30 minutes West 200.0 feet along said land of the party of the
first part from the westerly line of Albertson's Lane;
From said point of beginning running along said land of the party of the first part, South 08
degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds East 220.0 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Esther F. Tillinghast and Jane T. Oblom, the following
three courses:
(1) South 80 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds West 171.0 feet;thence
(2) North 08 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West 212.45 feet;thence
(3) North 77 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East 171.26 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated 10/30/73 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 7581 page 303.
