126.42 feet to a point in the southerly line of land granted by the People of the State of New York to Sandy
x Beach Association of Greenport, N.Y., Inc. and which grant or patent is recorded in the office of the

easterly direction and along the southerly line of said grant or patent on a course south 66 degrees 23
minutes 10 seconds east a distance of 33.93 feet to a point on a said patent line distant 275.68 feet westerly
M measured along the same from the southeasterly corner of said grant or patent and being the southeasterly
corner of the lot herein described and the southwesterly corner of a lot of land conveyed to one Moore;
z running thence in a northerly direction and along the westerly line of land of said Moore and on a course

BEING the same premises as conveyed by KENNETH C. BAYLIS to HELEN B. POPE by deed dated
January 23, 1969,recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office January 27, 1969 in Liber 6496 Pg. 149.
TOGETHER with all.right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenance--
and
ppurtenancesand all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein ;ranted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
