Bargain and Sale Deed with Covenants against grantor's Acts, Individual or Corporation (Single Sheet)
This Indenture, made the OW-4 day of January, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Eight
Between GARY M. FINKEL, residing at 110 Greene Street, New York, NY 10012,
party of the first part, and ANTHONY s. IACONO and JOANNE D. IACONO, residing at 106 Long
Lane, East Hampton, NY 11937,
party of the second part, LEGIBIL"POOR

Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York,known and designated as part of Lot 180 on a certain map entitled
"Map of Beebe Estates," and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Coun
August 10, 1838 as Map No. ty of Suffolk on
9, bounded and described according to said map as follows:

Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Third Street, North 6 degrees 50 minutes West, 40
feet, to the south line of land now or formerly of Joseph Brooks;
THENCE along said land of Brooks, North 83 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds East 150.39 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Goldin, South 6 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East 50.74
feet to land of Geicas;
THENCE along land of Geicas and land of Ruther South 83 degrees 41 minutes 50 seconds West
100.37 feet to the land of Harry and Priscilla Rhodes;
THENCE along said land of Rhodes, two (2) courses and distances:
1) North 6 degrees 50 minutes West 10 feet;
2) South 83 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West, 50 feet to the easterly side of Third Street
at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING. AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein in deed dated June
10, 1985, recorded on June 18, 1985 in liber 9813, cp 195.
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the Fenter lines thereof;
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part
in and to said premises; To Have and to Hold the premises herein granted unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that' the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except
as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will
hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the
purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of
the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party” shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
In Witness Whereof, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year
