33 minutes 50 seconds East partly along the southwesterly side of Bay Road and partly along land now or formerly
of Warner,97.61 feet to land now or formerly of Lawton;THENCE South 04 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East
along said last mentioned land 267.36 feet to the mean high water mark of Greenport Harbor; THENCE westerly
along the meat[high water mark,ofGGreenport Harbor, North 71 degrees 35,minutes,30 seconds West 81.34 feet;
THENCE North 04 degrees 21;minutes 20 seconds West along said land of Lawton, 298.36 feet to the
southwesterly side of Bay Road andthe point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with and subject to a right
of way agreement over the most northerly 12 feet of the premises hereby conveyed and the most northerly 12 feet
of premises of Lawton extending from the easterly side of Beach Place.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
04/12/67 and recorded on 04/17/67 in Liber 6139 at page 186.
