abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all

and State of New York being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of a 50 foot right of way at the
southwesterly corner of the herein described pretnises where same is intersected by the
southeast side of land now or formerly of Kowalski, said point also being distant
558.82 feet southeasterly when measured along the northeasterly side of said 50 foot
