WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party ofthe second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Silver Lane (a private
road) said point being distant 148.74 feet westerly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Silver Lane and the
westerly side of Silvermere Road; THENCE from said point of beginning,
along lands now or formerly of Kontomatis, South 5 degrees 39 minutes
20 seconds west, 94.26 feet to lands now or formerly of Jurzenia; THENCE
along said lands, South 89 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds west, 46.97
feet to other lands of Jurzenia; THENCE along said lands and lands now
or formerly of Mele, North 3 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds east, 98 .00
feet to the southerly side of Silver Lane; THENCE along the southerly
side of Silver Lane, South 85 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds east, 50 .00
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Together with a right of way over said Silver Lane (a 20 foot
private road) from the northwesterly corner of the premises easterly
about 198 feet to said Silvermere Road.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to WALTER JOHNSON
and ROBERT JOHNSON by deed dated June 19, 1981 and recorded in the office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County on July 2, 1981 at Liber 9028 Cp. 180 .
TOGETHER with all the right,title and interest,if any,ofthe party of the first part in and to any streets and
mads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the fust part and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party ofthe second pan,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party
of the second part forever.
