EXCEPTING THEREFROM so much of the above described premises as was conveyed by Arcade Development Store, inc. to W. Bruce Bollman by deed dated 7/27/87 and recorded 8/4/87 in Liber 10383 page 123, said parcel being therein described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Front Street 159.65 feet westerly along said line from the westerly line of Main Street; RUNNING THENCE along land of Platon, north 6 degrees 39 minutes 10 seconds west 76.61 feet to other land of Arcade Department Store, Inc. ; THENCE along said land, two courser: (1) north 84 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds east 24.27 feet; (2) thence south 5 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds east 76.59 feet to the northerly line of Front Street; THENCE along said line south 84 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds west 22.75 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Being part of the same premises conveyed to the grantor from Frederick J. Preston and Ethel E. Preston by deed dated 8/3/83 and recorded 8/8/83 in Liber 9401, page 365 and by deed made by Arthur A. Levine dated 8/30/83 and recorded 10/12/83 in Liber 9440, page 234. Premises known as .14 Front Street, Greenport and designated as District 1001, Section 004.00, Block 10.00, Lot 028.03 as shown on the Suffolk County Land and Tax Map.
