One, Greenport, Town of Southold, New York" and filed in the office of the Clerk of 047. 00 the County of Suffolk on June 29th, 1950 as Map No. 1759, as and by Lot Numbered 13 Block and the northerly half of Lot Numbered 14, bounded and described as follows: 02. 00 BEGINNING at a point on the easterly-side of Shore Drive said point being a distance Lot of 1084.28 feet measured along the easterly and southeasterly side of Shore Drive in 024 . 000 a southwesterly and southerly direction from Silvermere Road said point also being where the division line of Lots 12 and 13 intersect the easterly side of.
